Uw huis heeft een sterke basis: een royale bovenverdieping met terras, een lager niveau met eigen potentieel, en een tuin die nu nog aan de zijkant van het leven staat. De vraag is wat er binnen de regels mag, en of elke euro die u investeert terugkomt in de waarde van het huis.Your house has a strong base: a generous upper floor with terrace, a lower level with potential of its own, and a garden that still sits at the edge of daily life. The question is not whether it can be more beautiful. The question is what the rules allow, and whether every euro you invest comes back in the value of the house.

Daarom beginnen we niet met een ontwerp. We beginnen met de akte, het kadaster en de bouwvoorschriften van Jávea. Pas als we weten wat er maximaal mag, tekenen we en rekenen we.That is why we do not start with a design. We start with the deed, the cadastre and the planning rules of Jávea. Only once we know the maximum that is allowed do we draw and calculate.
